Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policies
Most orders ship out from Asia Import within 2 business days after your credit card has been approved and authorized payment received. Some products may take longer to ship as per “in stock” date specified in product details listed. Asia Import can ship products by airmail or sea. Airmail shipments usually take 1-2 weeks depending on customs inspections. Sea shipments take approximately 8-12 weeks at a significant cost savings. The smallest sea shipment is one cubic meter. If you are ordering a large amount of products and/or heavier items, we suggest opting for sea shipment. Upon completion of your order, your shipping costs will be calculated and included in your final charge. In the event your order cannot be shipped, you will be contacted immediately by e-mail and informed the reason for the delay. If we are unable to ship to your country we will notify you via email as soon as possible. We reserve the right to refuse shipping as per our discretion.

Insurance
Shipping insurance is available for all parcels shipped by Asia Import, so that when your order is in transit, shipping is always risk-free. For added security, it is our policy that a signature is required for all Asia Import orders, regardless of any signature waivers you may have with your postal services.Duties and Taxes
You may be charged import duties and taxes that are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs clearance charges are your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. As customs charges vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information.

Tracking
Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your postal tracking number, so that you may follow the progress of your package through all stages of shipping. Packing
In order to protect your products and prevent possible damage in transit, Asia Import takes extra care in the packing process in order to insure the safe arrival of each product. However, we cannot be held responsible for damage incurred during the customs inspection process. Customs may unpack items and not repack them correctly or may reconfigure products in a way that could jeopardize the safe arrival of some items. Asia Import is aware of this challenge and works to maximize the secure shipment of all orders by packing them in such a way that customs may open smaller items on top, however, we cannot guarantee this.30 Day Return Policy If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Asia Import you can return it within 30 days from the date of shipping. The returned merchandise should be in its original form and not modified or damaged in any way. For returns, customers are responsible for shipping charges and all items must be insured for the full retail price. If our returns department finds that the merchandise has been damaged, tampered with and/or used we reserve the right to return it to you at your own expense.All returns should be sent to.
